Ayurvedacharya Degree: It is the only recognized degree in Ayurveda all over India from June 1977.
Permission: Session 2013-14 Order No R. 17011/16/2013-EP (M-1) Date 20 Sep 2013 by Government of India Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Department of Ayurved , Yoga & Naturoathy , Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) New Delhi.
Recognition: The degree has received recognition and approval of the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi.

Duration: The B.A.M.S. Degree course is of duration of 51/2 years.
