Eligibility: XII standard have passed individually in physics, chemistry and biology with minimum 50% marks.
Entrance Exam: Organized by Chhattisgarh Vyavasik Pariksha Mandal on July-August.

B.A.M.S.: (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
Ayurvedacharya Degree: It is the only recognized degree in Ayurveda all over India from June 1977.
Permission: Session 2009-10 / F.No.R. 17011/16/2009- EP Date 10 th August 2009 by Government of India Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Department of Ayurved , Yoga & Naturoathy , Unani Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) New Delhi.
Recognition: The degree has received recognition and approval of the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi.
Affiliation: Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, India.
Duration: The B.A.M.S. Degree course is of duration of 51/2 years.
- First Professional course: 18 Months
- Second Professional course: 18 Months
- Third Professional course: 18 Months
- Internship: 12 Months
Scope: B.A.M.S. degree holders are eligible for registration in the Central/State government Ayurvedic boards. Their status is equivalent to other medical graduates in India. They are eligible for appointments in Central or state Govt. Ayurvedic Medical Services.
